INSPECTION TRIP

Are you planning to buy a property in Turkey? Then it is time for you to make an inspection trip to the Antalya Region. It is important to learn to know the area and the different towns and cities before you decide where to invest.

Invest Homes offers a wide range of properties in all of the Antalya Region and we are happy to help you to choose which area that will fit you.

If you decide to come for an inspection trip you arrange your own flight tickets (if needed we can help you finding cheap flight tickets). When you come to Turkey we will meet you at the airport and take you to the apartment where you will be living during your stay in Turkey. We want you to get a good picture of what it would be like to have a property in Turkey – because of this you will stay in an apartment and not a hotel.

During your stay you will get to know the region, you will get information about the sales procedures and investment possibilities and we will show you several properties based on you budget and needs. You will also get to know the people working in our office and the construction companies in the area.

Included in the inspection trip:

-      Transportation to and from airport

-      Accommodation in an apartment (max. one week and 4 persons)*

-      Guided trip of the region and inspection of several properties

-      Legal and financial advices

* If you decide to buy an apartment through Invest Homes you will not pay any rent. If not you will pay 150 Euro for a week in the low season (Nov- March) and 350 Euro for a week in the high season.
